Mascot Appearance Requests

To request an appearance at your public or private event, please fill out the form below in its entirety and include as much detail as possible.

After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation message letting you know that your request has been received. Someone from our team will be in contact within 3-5 business days.

Appearance Policies

  • Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks but no more than 3 months before the planned event.
  • On the day of event, our team must be provided:
    • A parking place close to the event
    • A private place (not a public restroom) to dress
    • A secure location for their clothes and personal items
    • One 15-minute break

Rates and Fees

  • $500 (2 hours max)
  • $250 nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking
  • Includes a handler to help mascot navigate the event area and handouts for your attendees.
  • Reduced rates may be available for non-profit charities or events that meet eligibility requirements.
