Fabulously Fudgey Sarris Triple Chocolate Brownies


Sarris office employees go crazy over these fudgey sensations when I bake them. Their only suggestion is a glass of milk to have alongside.

Ingredients

Use a 1 x 8-inch square pan to make 9 large brownies or 16 small brownies.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease and line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl resting over a pot of barely simmering water, melt chocolate and butter, stirring gently. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla
  3. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in white and milk chocolate chunks.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean. Cool before slicing. Do not overbake.
