Peanut BOOtter Ghost Cookie

 

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Melt White Chocolate Blossoms in the microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring after each. Repeat until Blossoms are fully melted and smooth (about 2 minutes).
  2. Dip peanut butter cookies into melted Blossoms, making sure each side is fully covered. Shake off excess and place on parchment paper.
  3. Gently press two candy eyeballs onto each cookie, then refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
