Bourbon Balls


  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sarris Candies Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 2 ½ tbsp light corn syrup
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Mix vanilla wafers, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa powder together in large bowl until well blended.
  2. In small bowl, mix together bourbon and corn syrup until combined. Stir bourbon mixture into vanilla wafer mixture.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Cover and chill. Keep for up to two weeks.
