Sarris Hunka Chunka Triple Chocolate Cookies

The new Sarris family favorite! A rich, gooey, chocolate brownie meets a soft, white chocolate chunk cookie.

Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl, cream cold butter cubes and sugar for at least 4 minutes, scraping the bowl halfway through mixing.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour, Sarris Cocoa Powder, baking powder and salt.
  6. Stir in Sarris chopped chocolate chunks.
  7. Drop large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 11-12 min.
