The subtle aromas of butterscotch, vanilla and hints of honey are just the beginning of our chocolate covered caramels. Made with fresh, whole cream and Wisconsin Grade AA butter and cooked slowly in a traditional copper kettle, each batch of golden brown caramel is then poured out into pans and left to cool before cutting the individual pieces to be covered in a thick layer of rich milk chocolate.
